We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the policy below before requesting a return or refund.

1. Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Applicable to: Premium Dress, Pajama Set, Night Suit Set, Romper, Jumpsuit, and Co-ord Set.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are worn, washed, damaged, or altered.
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale (if applicable).

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact customer support with your order details and reason for return.
  • Once approved, instructions for return shipping will be provided.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item passes quality inspection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Exchange

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or wrong product, report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  • A replacement or full refund will be provided after verification.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
